New Small City in Geneva

In Geneva, Switzerland, a spacious indoor market, adorned with numerous signs presenting local and wholesale products, debuts in the heart of Small City.

This distinctive and contemporary project adopts a shop-in-shop style, featuring spaces for the greengrocer, butcher, baker, and more. It aims to unite producers and consumers, eliminating intermediaries. Guided by the "from the field to the plate" concept, Small City re-establishes the connection between the urban and rural, fortifying the bond between producers and the city's inhabitants.

The solid oak wood, used in the furnishings' finishes in the fruit &veg, bread, flowers, and wine departments, as well as covering all refrigerated display cases and self-checkout counters, creates a particularly welcoming atmosphere. This evokes a sense of naturalness and authenticity that runs throughout the entire store, providing a pleasant and genuine shopping experience.
